How to be nominated for Bootleg / Mix / Podcast or Video Bootleg of the month

There will be a thread each month tagged:-

Bootleg of the month [JULY 2007]
Mix of the month [JULY 2007]

etc. etc.

In that thread, you name the creator of the track, name of the track and a link to the Beat-Boot-Ique thread in a post and then submit your message and that will be your nomination. Each nomination requires two other members to back it before it is eligible for voting. To back a nomination, you have to quote the original nominator and add +1 etc etc...

Nominations will start on the 1st of every month and run until 22nd of the month at 23:59 GMT

There is a maximum of 2 nominations per user per catergory.

You can nominate your own tracks and nominate against your own tracks!

As long as a Bootleg / Podcast / Mix / Video has not won before, it can be nominated again!

If you see a

in your post, that means the track is now eligible for voting on the 23rd of the month, so no more nominations are required for that track.

Voting

Voting will be open for 7 Days only! voting will start on the 23rd of every month at around 10 am.

What happens if I win?

Your track will be added to the winners list thread and added to the front page of BBI (in the side column). You will also get a badge to add to your thread and website

Detailing your username and the month you won. This badge will be linked up to the winners list thread as proof.
