01-I was stricken at first with how diff it was in style to my accustomed pop flavors.I got into it well, soon enough. The interesting clench & release musically gives it a memorable arrangement. This could prove difficult to the unadventurous.
02-I like this even more. That beat & those vocals go so well & the fiddle keeps it spicy! The modulations even passed me with no probs.
03-I'm not sorry. This piece just sends me.The tune would be great even without the added vocals.I'm sure enjoying this comp.
04-The guitar sound slides past a little slick for me,but all else I find ingratiating.'talk sick'hehe
05-Too stinking fine! It creates the feel of an event that never occurred,& admirably.
06-Really striking soundscape here.So nice to hear one so unique. The content works a treat.Very nice.
07-Wonderfully creative.The vocals flew with me!Mighty surprising.
08-Very tender & nice.I was suspicious of pitching on some brief phrases.Who cares. The pairing plays like a lost dream.Mighty swell.
09-A big smile-inducer.Kudos!
10-I'm down with this, too. It feels like I'm watching this performed on the street.Tight one.
11-Just killer. It is a fascinating listen. The folkee music uses so many musical techniques I don't hear much outside classical.A huge instant fave.I really love cream.
12-Nawt wrong here, but somehow that accordion didn't fire me up.
13-Very nice.So authentic-sounding.It really slicks up his vocals & as someone told me just today, a mashup should increase the pleasure of the source tracks.Ths sure does.
14-Very cool! I can see missy e spinning plates while clowns dance around her.
15-HAha.A super treat. What a way to be crazy.
16-I sure enjoyed the creative arrangement here. This one can easily withstand re-plays.
17-Alright,yeah! I'm feeling this one.Splendid tempo.
This is a fantastically creative & successful project.
With it's distinct personality it stands out as a memorable release.Big congrats to y'all!
I really like the album, there are more than a few winners on this. I especially like Fred Doest, Brunomaxi Krazy Ben and DJ Gaston. Great that this and the Forgotten Hits compilation keep pushing the frontiers on mashups.

I hope I'm not revealing any secrets, but I heard DJ Clive$ter is featuring this comp on his show this coming Saturday. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Really love several tracks from this - especially the DJ Gaston - love that Voix Bulgares meets electro feel :-D
Was listening to the Hot Couture in Berlin also, really good track. Johnny Clegg in a mashup? Whatever next! Nice to see someone making the same Soul Makossa / Michael Jackson links (he stole the lyrics to one of his tracks - 'mama say mama sah mama...' from Manu DiBango's Soul Makossa, as have many others as it was an early Disco hit)
