Over at GYBO I posted a track by track review. I am not really into metal but there are some very good mashups in this compilation.
Maiden Goes To Hollywood is my absolute favorite, a strong contender for one of the best mashups ever if you a penchant for epic songs.

Wow, what a powerful compilation!
Haven't heard all the songs so far, but wow (again) "Maiden goes to Hollywood" has the full power.
Was it this life or a former life that I heard this both songs for the first time??
Thanks for the comments guys. Quite a challenge to make, this album, but the reception has been pretty amazing. Culture Bully has called this one of the mashup comps of the year (http://www.culturebully.com/number-o...eg-compilation), Attuworld made it Mashup of the Week, and even a metal site has linked to it:
If anything i was keyed up to expect a torrent of abuse from Metal fans, but they've been pretty good about it... even shown up on the Official Iron Maiden site.
I'd like to say it was great that the standard was really high for this one and the effort that all the guys put in. I'm increasingly proud of it, and i think it's great that Art at Mashuptown and all at Attuworld have gotten involved to help push this.
I'm also hoping that it's a start to getting some professional class compilations out there, and hope to include more of you guys as time goes on...
Once again:
Really a great work!! The coverart is very well done; really professionell.
Mixing Bob Marley with Iron Maiden sounds weird, but it works very well.
The tracks remind me of some quite old days when I used to listen to Iron Maiden!!!
DJ Morgoth: Until now I thought you are a great DJ, but, heah, your Berlin's answer to Robin William!!!
Great work everyone - I'm stoked to be a part of this great compilation. A few months back I'd have thought it impossible to get enough mashers together to make a Maiden tribute - especially one of this standard.
Thanks Jez for getting this one together - the definitive statement on Maiden mashups!

Did I mentioned I like Robie Williams, if you meant that guy. ;-) Saw him 2 times in concert... ;-) Yes, sometimes I also visit non metal-rock-hardrock concerts... ;-)

01-It comes together really well. For some reason,it doesn't grab me.The s dragons comes across nice.I reckon it's that pella. The production is very good. The dense bass is still light enough to allow the rest thru. When the sonic voice comes in behind her,I like it much better.I liked the touch of stones solo.
02-I quite like this one.The pella seems to stray slightly, but the pairing is a big pleaser.Nice 'yeah, boy' at the end.
03-A brilliant teaming.I really like it much.I was wondering if the pella would play better a half-step down.Probably not,or you would've one that.
04-A dreamy track! Overall my fave. The source parts become so much more together. Not easy to match up bluesy guitar with pop singing,either.Finestkind.
05-A very good boot! I really like this one so much.All-around good.
06-A big pleaser! I really like what the maiden does to the frankie.
07-I didn't get entirely used to the run-dmc,but the bow was a welcome bit.
08-I didn't really care for this combo.Well-made & all.It just didn't click with me.
09-A good pairing. Not entirely sure about her vocal pitching,Maybe a hair under.Cool effects near the end.
10-This one & #6 have the same name.Obviously not the same track.Quite likeable. The arabic touches go well with the maiden, especially elevating the maiden vocals.
11-Most pleasing. What a diff take on maiden. This would actually kill metal fans with the pian-y,wouldn't it? Lol
12-Hmm.The 1st 1:30 was silent.A concept, perhaps.A good laff when it comes in.The karaoke at the end was amusing.
I've never been into maiden,so I figure that's part of my response, but overall I found it satisfying.
Congrats on the release.A finestkind cover.
May your download numbers soar!

Yes, of course, I do mean Robbie Wiliams. As I typed the name, I thougt there's something wrong with it!!!
Saw a few of his life videos, and he's really a great entertainer!!
I just made a few copies of this for friends and they LOVED IT!!!
Great work from all involved!
Personally.... I am enjoying the "Exodus" track! Very nice!!

I hope I didn't come across too harsh,as I am a booster of your project.I'm featuring it in my weekly mashup column wdnesdays here- [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
It was easier for me to get into the kraftwerk comp,as I'm so into them already.
