try it with audacity, cut the channel you don't need, and copy the other one (or render it in mono)
a bad explanation, i know, but i'm not at home at the moment...

had the same problem, just save it as a wave,

Swiss Cheese,that's what I would'a said.I'm very fond of audacity &amp; it fails much less than others I use.
I have to burn a disc of wavs &amp; then copy it &amp; upload from the new disc as mp3's.

i like acid because you an use wave aswell as mp3 and then render finished track as mp3,i'm slowly rebuilding my library of crap again lol <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="Very Happy" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s -->
