Its awful quality, but I was wondering if you could rip the acapella, invert it and run it over a full track to create an instrumental, then invert that to get a higher quality pella?

Or is that madness? Hmm... time for bed I think!

You can get the pellas dead easy, just record them with Audacity, but as you said the quality is awful and hardly usable unfortunately.
Inverting won't work because of the quality it won't be an exact enough match.

ps, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] is very similar, the quality is spot on, you can get pellas with audacity, but the tracks are £1.49 each...

Good find! You can easily rip the player tunes in IE (eww!), clear the cache, then reload the page, play any songs in the player on the right and they are saved in your ie temp files.

Only 64kbps but 44khz! Not the greatest, but usable!

Also found mixman.com has a smililar setup, with lots of free tracks to download, not used any yet though!
