I heard this new Siouxsie track on the radio the other day and instantly thought - Pink Panther!!!!!

I would advise you listen to the original track if you haven't already, just to hear it raw. (It blends that well you might not notice. Lol)

When I started to mix it (by hand) I couldnt believe my luck! ORCHESTRATHON!!!!!!!!!!!!

I put it into acid and because of the lack of drums and vox, the waveform was hardly visible and, to my benefit (eventually), I had to really 'use my ears' for this one.

Once I'd sorted out a basic structure, I started choppin' the orchestral parts and scattered them about - which sounds pretty cool. Then placed a load of brass in the relevant sections, buggered about with a few violin stabs.............. Then, maticulously levelled each section...... Voila, Pantherized!
I'm really proud of the break around the 2:00 - 2:30 min!

I think you'll all agree its pretty moody to say the least.

ps.. if anybody out there likes this, and is interested (can be arsed....Andy S ???) in doing some artwork, it would be greatly appreciated. As you might have guessed by the lame divshare page ,I'm shite at photoshop and websites and stuff, so I prefer to concentrate on making the music rather than the artwork/video scene, although I think the whole pakage goes well together and some of the videos fucking rock!
